Our Investment Management division is built on the foundation of our understanding of long-term value creation garnered from our regeneration projects. As a team we come first and foremost from property and residential backgrounds, with a collective wealth of experience across the property spectrum and at all points in the investment cycle.

Our investment strategies are supported by key macro economic, demographic and political themes and data analytics. Ultimately though, the Living Sectors provide homes for people, our approach recognises this very human element within the sector. Our investment approach is therefore married with our community driven ethos providing homes and supporting communities to unlock value.

This ground up understanding of the Living Sectors and the operational complexities allows us to identify and unlock value through our ability to identify opportunities, add value and drive out-performance. But at a macro level all sectors and tenures of housing are critically under-supplied in the UK. We recognise that the only way to solve this housing crisis is through innovation and investment. Our Investment Management arm seeks to provide new and alternative ways for capital to access, support and help grow the Living Sectors.
