Pinnacle Investments is a privately-owned company affiliated with Pinnacle Group. Pinnacle Investments was formed in 2019, bringing together the expertise, skills and experience of three separate companies under a single banner.

Across all our activities our focus is the Living Sectors; property that provides people with homes of different types and tenures for different needs and stages of life. Encompassing – but in no way limited to – traditional freehold homes, private rented homes, affordable homes and later living accommodation.

We are an integrated development, investment and asset management platform with a proven track record in the Living Sectors. We employ a data driven, analytical approach to asset identification as well as an innovative tech stack to ensure fast, accurate and advanced asset management and reporting.

As developers and investors of property we have a very real impact on the daily lives of people through the places we create and the properties we own. We strongly believe that the long-term success of places and communities are intrinsically linked to one another.
